Budget Repair Bill. BUDGET REPAIR BILL AGREEMENT ADVANCED. The Conference Committee on the Budget Repair Bill voted 5-1 on Monday afternoon to recommend adoption of the substitute amendment. Details are contained in the following LFB memo: Legislative Fiscal Bureau. 2007-09 Budget Adjustment: Conference Substitute Amendment. (Updated at 4:35 pm) Sens. Decker and Miller and Reps. Huebsch, Rhoades and Kreuser voted to adopt the conference report. Sen. Fitzgerald voted "No." The Senate will take the bill up on Tuesday (at 11 a.m.), the Assembly on Wednesday (at 11 a.m.).
