Budget Repair Bill.
BUDGET REPAIR BILL AGREEMENT ADVANCED.
The Conference Committee on the Budget Repair Bill voted 5-1 on Monday afternoon to recommend adoption of the substitute amendment. Details are contained in the following LFB memo:

Sens. Decker and Miller and Reps. Huebsch, Rhoades and Kreuser voted to adopt the conference report. Sen. Fitzgerald voted "No."

The Senate will take the bill up on Tuesday (at 11 a.m.), the Assembly on Wednesday (at 11 a.m.). The Senate is expected to take up the Great Lakes Compact bill on Wednesday; the Assembly possibly Wednesday but more likely on Thursday.
